Refund policy

At Nola Mae, we aim to make shopping seamless and stress-free, including the return and refund process. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. 30-Day Return Window
You may return your order within 30 days of purchase, provided all tags are still attached and the item is unused and in its original condition.

2. Easy Returns
To start a return, please email us at info@nola-mae.com with:

Your order number

A brief explanation of the return reason

(Optional) Photos if the item is damaged or faulty

We will guide you through the return process. All approved returns must be sent to our central warehouse for inspection and processing. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions and the return address.

3. Refunds & Exchanges
For full-priced items, you may choose:

A full refund

A free exchange

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

4. Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders
If your order is:

Damaged

Incorrect (wrong item, color, or size)

Lost in transit

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In most cases, you will not need to return the item. We will review the situation and provide a fair solution.

6. Returns Not Accepted
We cannot accept returns if:

The product was delivered correctly and is not faulty

You have changed your mind

The item shows signs of use or the tags have been removed

7. How to Start a Return
Email info@nola-mae.com with:

Your order number

A short description of the issue

(Optional) Photos or videos if relevant

We will respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.

8. Chargeback & Refund Policy

We are happy to assist with returns and refunds where applicable. However, if a chargeback has been opened with your bank or payment provider, we are unable to process any return or refund while the dispute is active due to the risk of double reimbursement.

If you would like to proceed with a return or refund directly with us, we kindly ask that you first cancel the chargeback with your bank. Once the chargeback has been closed, we will gladly assist you further.

9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of placement. After this time, orders are automatically processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

For cancellations, contact info@nola-mae.com immediately with your order number. Please note that a 25% cancellation feewill be applied to cover operational and staff costs associated with processing your order.
